Jessie returned from girls camp with the animal lover award. I think teasing the girls with chipmunk sounds won it for her. She was a happy camper. We loved the Credit Union’s night at the Owl’s game. Well, I’m sure Jessie would have enjoyed it too, if she had put her book down to watch some. Isaac and Abbie loved sitting with Scott and Neil loved playing on the rail beside our chairs.
Jessie did the big karate chop to her hair this summer so she could donate it to Locks of Love. 10 inches gone, just like that.
Abbie and I hiked The Grotto again, this time with the Activity Day girls in our new ward. Some scouts were there too daring each other to get in the freezing cold waterfall. Some of our girls including Abbie went under it too! FREEZING!
When Abbie and I arrived home after hiking we found that Neil had a nap buddy. They are just so sweet when they are sleeping.
Little Isaac found his toes.
We’ve gone for several walks over at the cemetery. And tried out our new-to-us double stroller. It’s not really my favorite stroller, but it’s sure better than hauling around a kid in the baby wrap on a hot summer day.
Neil sleeping again….finally!
Jessie loves it when she can get Isaac to fall asleep. I believe the kids were watching Life. We did that a lot this summer!
One last sleeping picture. I think Ken fell asleep first and then Neil climbed in beside him.
Isaac is not a big talker; he’s actually quite a quiet baby. But sometimes you can get him cooing and it’s so dang cute.
Soccer season begins….playing at the park during Spencer’s first practice.
One more game of bowling. This time Neil got to bowl his own game. He was most excited about the shoes…now I bet you couldn’t guess that part.
After bowling we stopped by the park while I feed Isaac. Yeah for being outside.
