Dough Day

For the last day of Spring Break Spencer helped me make up a double batch of crescent roll dough and we made little creatures together. I never thought I'd enjoy owl, but it was tasty. :-) Here is Spencer making his caterpillar. When the rolls finally came out of the oven everyone was so excited and so hungry.

I think mom had as much fun as the kids. Here's a bunny, jelly fish, turtle and an owl.

Here are Spencer's caterpillars, bee, M (for Mark), sun, P (for Payne), A (for Abbie), and J (for Jessie), a diamond, spider, a blob and a fish. Did you guess any of them right?

Later Jessie and I did a little drawing together and it was quite fun. What a special girl.
